Welcome to IkonHaus Artworks. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products & Availability
IkonHaus Artworks offers curated, limited-edition framed art prints. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our ecommerce provider. We do not store payment card details.
Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled.
We understand that purchasing art is a considered decision. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet entered production or shipping.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours and within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for store credit, subject to approval and provided the artwork has not entered production or shipping. Store credit does not include original shipping fees.
After 7 days, or once production or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible unless required by law.

Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees, delivery timelines, and any applicable taxes or customs duties are displayed at checkout. IkonHaus Artworks is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier processing or events beyond our control. Full policy available here.
Product Presentation
Our Augmented Reality viewer and images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, framing materials, or printing processes.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, and branding, is the property of IkonHaus Artworks and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IkonHaus Artworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
