Returns & Refunds

We take great care in preparing each IkonHaus artwork. Because our pieces are produced in strictly limited editions and prepared to order, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of each piece.

Cancellations

We understand that purchasing art is a considered decision.

  • Within 24 hours of purchase:
    Orders may be cancelled for a full refund, provided the artwork has not yet entered production or shipping.

  • After 24 hours and within 7 days of purchase:
    Cancellation requests may be eligible for store credit, subject to approval and provided the artwork has not entered production or shipping. Store credit does not include original shipping fees.

  • Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.

  • After 7 days:
    Orders can no longer be cancelled unless required by law.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The artwork arrives damaged, or

  • The artwork received is incorrect.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

 

Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Approved store credit will be issued electronically and may be used toward a future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind outside the cancellation window

  • Incorrect size or frame selection made at checkout

  • Normal variations in colour or appearance due to screen settings, framing materials, or printing processes

These conditions do not affect your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
